You will curate luxury experiences, manage diverse requests, and build long-term relationships that enhance the lifestyles of UHNWIs and HNWIs. This role requires discretion, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of high-end services and experiences. The role will also involve some travel at times so a working knowledge of UHNW personalities and international diplomatic protocol would be advantageous. KEY TASKS Client Relationship Management Cultivate strong, personal relationships with UHNW and HNW clients, gaining a deep understanding of their preferences and expectations. Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations. Deliver a seamless, white-glove experience while maintaining the highest levels of discretion. Luxury Lifestyle Services & Experience Curation Arrange and manage VIP travel, private jet charters, yacht rentals, and exclusive accommodations. Secure access to elite events, fine dining, and members-only clubs through an extensive partner network. Source and procure hard-to-find luxury goods, rare collectibles, and bespoke services. Provide tailored lifestyle solutions, from personal shopping to wellness and executive security arrangements. Problem Solving Handle urgent and complex client requests with discretion, efficiency, and creativity. Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless client satisfaction. Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and alternative arrangements with ease. Partnership & Client Development Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling premium services. Manage client pricing to meet company policy on sourced items and services. Provide insights to the management team regarding client trends and revenue opportunities. Operational & Administrative Duties Maintain detailed client profiles, tracking preferences and service history for tailored experiences accurately and timely into our CRM. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. General: The position may require frequent travel, both domestically and internationally, to meet clients needs and attend FAM / trade trips relevant to the account for personal growth Meet with suppliers and attend supplier events when needed to grow the experience portfolio Meet client to build and nurture the relationship The employee must be available for on-site client support, international assignments, or last-minute travel as required. KEY REQUIREMENTS Proven minimum 5 years experience in luxury concierge, travel industry, hospitality, or lifestyle management, with a track record of working with UHNWIs and HNWIs. This is highly desired but training will be provided for the right candidate. Experience in travel booking, itinerary planning, and a strong understanding of the travel industry. Strong relationship management skills with an extensive luxury industry network. Exceptional communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to engage with high-profile clients. Discretion, professionalism, and integrity in handling confidential information. Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen to manage high-value transactions. Problem-solving ability with a proactive, can-do attitude. Flexibility and availability outside standard working hours to accommodate client requests. Excellent written and verbal language skills in English and Arabic are a must. Other language skills are an advantage but not essential.
