GROW WITH US, WHERE YOUR IDEAS MATTER Role Description Requirements What We Offer Finance Administrator Part Time Job Position We have an exciting opportunity to become a valued member of our team. The successful candidate will support the Director and operations with the smooth and effective running of the Finance function, which deals with the administration of the company finances including supplier payments, bank reconciliation, client billing, accounts payable. Specific tasks will include: raising invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner using our software daily reconciliation of the bank accounts, business cards and currency accounts processing supplier payments in a timely manner accurately and efficiently support operation with financial reports participation in internal team meetings liaising with suppliers and ensuring system and details in place for a smooth payment system We use an external accountancy firm for the preparation of annual accounts and running of payroll. Estimated: 10 hrs per week. KEY TASKS Client Relationship Management Cultivate strong, personal relationships with UHNW and HNW clients, gaining a deep understanding of their preferences and expectations. Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations. Deliver a seamless, white-glove experience while maintaining the highest levels of discretion. Luxury Lifestyle Services & Experience Curation Arrange and manage VIP travel, private jet charters, yacht rentals, and exclusive accommodations. KEY REQUIREMENTS Proven minimum 5 years experience in luxury concierge, travel industry, hospitality, or lifestyle management, with a track record of working with UHNWIs and HNWIs. This is highly desired but training will be provided for the right candidate. Experience in travel booking, itinerary planning, and a strong understanding of the travel industry.
