For one evening only, we transformed the space into something truly special: a soulful gathering of friends and family, where every sound, flavour, and flourish was crafted to reflect the spirit of the host and the story of their next chapter. From live music and personalised table settings to seamless travel logistics and luxury villa stays, this was no ordinary housewarming - it was a moment of gratitude, celebration, and belonging.

Every moment of this housewarming was meticulously tailored to the family and their guests, reflecting The Fixer’s hallmark of personalised luxury. Guests arrived in seamless luxury, each journey flawlessly arranged to meet personal preferences and schedules. Some guests touched down aboard private jets, greeted immediately with VIP transfers, while others arrived via commercial flights with equally smooth, bespoke ground transportation. Accommodation was tailored to individual wishes - some stayed within the client’s exquisite villa, immersing themselves in the intimate setting, while others enjoyed the refined comforts of the nearby Anantara Vilamoura Algarve Resort.
Upon gathering at the villa, guests were greeted with chilled champagne and a carefully curated selection of canapés - each bite designed to tantalise the palate and reflect the family’s tastes. The garden setting was softly illuminated, with bespoke table settings and elegant floral arrangements creating a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere. The live DJ’s playlist was custom-curated to complement the mood, setting a perfectly balanced tone between elegance and relaxed celebration. Throughout the night, some of our dedicated staff members were present on site, attentively overseeing all details to guarantee that the event flowed smoothly and effortlessly - so hosts and guests could simply enjoy every moment.
As the evening unfolded, the dining experience embodied both freedom and indulgence. Guests enjoyed a relaxed, free-flow BBQ set in the villa’s lush garden, designed for everyone, with options to accommodate all dietary preferences and requests. Guests were invited to enjoy their meal at their own pace, fostering a carefree atmosphere that honoured individual comfort and connection. The menu was crafted with care, offering a blend of gourmet grilled dishes and fresh, vibrant accompaniments that delighted the senses. Later in the evening, a selection of delicate sweet canapés was served to delight and refresh, perfectly timed to accompany the shifting rhythm of the party.

Early performances by Russell Shaun brought soft, soulful melodies that invited warmth and nostalgia, while the Drifter Girls’ two sets filled the garden with rich harmonies and heartfelt emotion. Between live acts, the DJ adapted the tempo and vibe dynamically, responding intuitively to the mood of the guests, turning the night from soft sophistication into a vibrant celebration. Every note was selected to resonate personally with the guests, creating an immersive and dynamic soundtrack.
