The successful candidate will support the Director and operations with the smooth and effective running of the Finance function, which deals with the administration of the company finances including supplier payments, bank reconciliation, client billing, accounts payable. Specific tasks will include: raising invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner using our software daily reconciliation of the bank accounts, business cards and currency accounts processing supplier payments in a timely manner accurately and efficiently support operation with financial reports participation in internal team meetings liaising with suppliers and ensuring system and details in place for a smooth payment system We use an external accountancy firm for the preparation of annual accounts and running of payroll.
