Role Overview
The Lifestyle Manager Assistant supports our Lifestyle Managers with day-to-day coordination, research, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone highly organized, resourceful, and eager to learn the world of premium client services. You’ll play a key role in helping deliver exceptional experiences while building strong operational and client-service skills.
Key tasks will include:

Assist Lifestyle Managers with scheduling, bookings, and coordination

Conduct research for dining, travel, events, and lifestyle requests

Manage emails, requests, and task updates in internal systems

Prepare confirmations, itineraries, and basic client documentation

Track requests and follow up to ensure timely completion

Help maintain organized records, notes, and client preferences

Support with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks
