Finance Administrator
Part Time Job Position
We have an exciting opportunity to become a valued member of our team. The successful candidate will support the Director and operations with the smooth and effective running of the Finance function, which deals with the administration of the company finances including supplier payments, bank reconciliation, client billing, accounts payable.
Specific tasks will include:

raising invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner using our software

daily reconciliation of the bank accounts, business cards and currency accounts

processing supplier payments in a timely manner accurately and efficiently
-
support operation with financial reports
-
participation in internal team meetings
-
liaising with suppliers and ensuring system and details in place for a smooth payment system
We use an external accountancy firm for the preparation of annual accounts and running of payroll. Estimated: 10 hrs per week.

This role would suit a candidate who is capable of acting on their own initiative as well as working as part of a team. The successful candidate will be highly numerate, previous education and experience in accounting & bookkeeping, extremely organised and have excellent attention to detail.
Key requirements:

Excellent attention to detail time management skills and accuracy a must
-
Good understanding of financial processes and controls
-
Minimum 2 years experience in bookkeeping/accountancy

Proficient use of Excel, Quickbooks, Freeagent is preferred
-
Experience of Onyx or Hotel Billing is advantageous
-
Payroll experience is also advantageous
-
Good communication and team skill
