We like to keep things simple so have coined the term Fixer - basically if you need help, we fix it and are your first port of call for all your needs. If you want to you can call us a concierge, lifestyle manager or personal assistant, as that will probably depend on the task we are undertaking for you.This can be seeking out information, making reservations, booking a ticket or trying to make the impossible possible!
So you don't have to wait until you visit a hotel to get the service and help that you deserve.
Our concierge service is essentially a modern day solution to the dilemma of having too much to do and not enough time to do it. Whether it be organising a birthday party, finding you a new cleaner or keeping your business paperwork up to date, one of our fixer's can step in when needed and take the legwork out of everyday tasks, ultimately providing peace of mind and the time that you need.
We can be on hand to complete your to do lists in person or if you prefer we can complete them in our offices, offering you a virtual service, always at the end of a phone or online if you need us.
Our fixers are highly qualified, CRB checked and exceptionally good fun.
